Victory at Verrado is located in the west valley in Buckeye. Victory is the 55+ section of the larger all ages community of Verrado. This is the most desirable location in Buckeye, with Verrado having a real small town feel to it with a main street shopping center with restaurants, shops, and there are grocery stores right in the community.

There are two great golf courses in this community, and the community itself has some of the best views in all of Phoenix. Victory is tucked right up against the white tank mountains, offering spectacular mountain and city views as well as hiking and biking trails all throughout the area. It is one of my favorite areas in all of the valley.

The amenities are incredible, perched on a hilltop with views of the mountains and city below, it really doesn’t get better than this if you love mountain views. The amenities offer everything you need in a very upscale fashion. The community is not gated but is considered a safe area with minimal through traffic.

Great views, high end amenities, very active, newer homes, convenient, small town feel, golf cart lifestyle

Cons:

Surrounding area isn’t as attractive, higher than median prices, not gated
