It's not the most centrally located option in the Valley, but at roughly 40 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix, it's still very workable. The surrounding area is very safe with low crime rates, less traffic than many comparable communities, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby.

The community itself is beautifully done — greenery and mature trees throughout give it a lush, polished feel, and the resort-style amenity center is well-equipped with a great pool, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, and bocce ball courts, plus a full lineup of clubs and activities. The golf course and on-site restaurant are both excellent, and mountain views add a scenic backdrop that elevates the overall setting.

Homes were built between 2000 and 2008, and no new construction is available, so buyers are working entirely in the resale market. That said, the community is well-maintained and holds up nicely for its age.

To be straightforward about it — Trilogy at Power Ranch is a solid, well-rounded community, but at its price point there are other options in the Valley that deliver a bit more in terms of luxury and amenities. Where it really shines is location — if being in Gilbert or Chandler is a priority for you, this is one of the best active adult options the Southeast Valley has to offer.
